1. Registered Australian Business
The competitor must be a registered digital agency or software consultancy operating in Australia, holding an active Australian Business Number (ABN).
2. Identical & Comparable Scope
The quote must be for a comparable project scope and quality standard. To ensure fair comparison, the service must cover matching deliverables (e.g. mobile responsiveness, custom layouts, SEO optimization, and ongoing maintenance). We do not match basic templates against custom-engineered solutions.
3. Official Written Proposal
You must provide a formal, written quote or invoice issued by the competitor within the last 30 days. Verbal estimates, screenshots of pricing tiers, or unformatted text emails do not qualify.
4. Quality & Support Parity
We build websites designed to last, with direct communication and local Aussie-based support. We do not match ultra-low-cost offshore outsourcing quotes where communication is outsourced and timezone alignment is missing.
5. Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to decline any price match request at our sole discretion, particularly where the proposed pricing is unsustainable or the competitor's deliverables do not match our standard of delivery.
