A few things you might ask.

Why not use a ready-made WeChat store?

A standard store may cover product listings and checkout. We help retailers with Australian payments, weighed goods, picking and multiple collection points. We check existing capabilities before agreeing on configuration or extra development.

Will customers receive automatic messages?

Order notifications can use WeChat subscription messages for configured events. Sending depends on the customer’s subscription and the applicable template.

Do I need to replace my WeChat groups?

Keep using your groups for new products, offers and conversation. The mini program handles shopping, checkout and order processing alongside them.

How do price differences on weighed goods work?

Allow a reasonable margin in the initial payment. After weighing, excess payment can be recorded as account credit for later orders. Agree on insufficient balances and refund handling during setup.

Can I set delivery areas, fees and collection times?

We work through your delivery areas, fee rules, collection points and available times, then confirm the configuration and any extra work needed.

Can an Australian company accept WeChat Pay?

Eligible Australian companies can apply without a mainland Chinese entity, with settlement to an Australian bank account. Application requirements, fees and settlement times depend on the payment provider and business.

What about product data and staff training?

We review your products, orders and staff roles, agree on data preparation and training, and check typical workflows before launch.

What do pricing, timing and maintenance include?

We quote against product data, business rules and custom work, with clear launch and support arrangements. Standard configuration, additional development and third-party fees are set out before starting.
